I have an idea where you play an estate agent that has lost his House due to the Downturn, is useless at selling Houses cos he always says inappropriate things to the Buyers, so the only way he can make Money is by using the vacant Properties on his books. He rents them out for Sex Parties and Drug dealers etc, and the comedy is based on how he keeps one step ahead of the Owners and the Law.
Anyway I see it as topical and Funny.

Beats me, Garth you should be on TV, lets work up some ideas. Great videos.
